| Q | I can't register. | | A | Do you get an error message when you click Submit button after filling out the registration form?
To complete the registration on CYDLE, you must have Internet Explorer 6 or better installed on your system.
You can download the latest version of internet Explorer at

| Q | Forgot my Password! Help ! | | A | If you cannot remember your password that you previously used, you must request for a new password to Cydle customer service center using [Find password] in Login menu.
Once you type in your ID and E-mail address that you have registered with, your password will be sent out via E-mail within a few minutes.
The system of Cydle site automatically creates your new password. It is only to help you to login again in Cydle, and it is changeable through “My account”. | Q | What is PND and ICN? | | A | PND stands for Portable Navigation Device. These are portable like PDAs. ICN is In-Car Navigation which is installed into car dashboard. | Q | How can I pay for contents in Cydle online store? | | A | Currently, we use PAYPAL solution. You do not have to be a member to pay if you are using credit cards.

1. Settings
-> Language & Keyboard
-> Click Hangul Keyboard on CheckBox (follow Screen shot #1)
2. Go to any empty [Input Text Box].
-> Tab it for a while (long click)
-> You will see a pop up window -> Click [Input method] (follow Screen shot #2)
-> Click [Hangul Keyboard] (follow Screen shot #2)
